Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted zones for certain items.

8. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Any errors in address details may result in delayed delivery or returned packages.

Once a package has been shipped, we cannot modify the address or redirect the delivery.

  • A reshipment fee may apply if you wish to have the item resent.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately for faster delivery.
