If the returned item shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration, it will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Undergarments or innerwear worn with jackets.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers.
Only items purchased directly from www.sherryjulia.com are eligible for return or exchange through our online process.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may experience delays in processing.
4. Return Shipping and Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- An item arriving defective, damaged, or incorrect; or
- A quality issue that is verified by our inspection team.
For convenience, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if tracking is not provided.
If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge once the original item has been received and approved.
5. Inspection and Approval Process
Upon receiving your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process typically takes 3–5 business days from the date the item is received at our facility.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Exchanges will be shipped within 5–7 business days, subject to product availability.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been completed.
6. Refund Timelines
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Typically, it takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Please note that shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
7. Damaged or Defective Items

To expedite the process, include the following information in your email:

After reviewing your claim, we will provide a prepaid return label if the damage is confirmed and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. International Returns and Exchanges
For international customers, the same return and exchange policies apply. However, please note that international shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
We recommend marking the return package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges. Sherry Julia is not responsible for any fees incurred due to improper customs declarations.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting inquiriesupport@sherryjulia.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may proceed with a standard return after receiving the product.
